DMZ Designs began in November of 1989. Started in a small 500 sq. foot store in Narberth, Pa.  where we actually painted on the counter between customers, we began what is now a 20 year business. Since we opened we have moved twice (been flooded 3 times) and redesigned our amazing new website, are now strictly available online or by phone!

Donna M. Zenobi, owner and designer, has paint in her veins! As a child when she couldn't be found inevitably she was off somewhere with paint, clay or crayons in her hands. Encouraged to keep her creative juices flowing Donna was able to parlay her love of creating into a wonderful career. With a great eye for color and design she works daily on new gift/home decor!

With her passion to support American artists, being a "starving artist" herself, she buys from artists all over the country and designs her own patterns to supply the web site! DMZ Designs is 92% American made and diligently working to the 100% mark!

Starting with drawing a pattern and with the help of two woodcutters her designs come to life. From start to finish Donna has her hands in it, literally. Whether it be designing,  display, or event planning, there isn't one area of the business that she isn't involved in. Whether you visit a local  or enjoy the website Donna hopes that you enjoy what she loves to do as much as she does.

DMZ Designs has found a home in Narberth once again, working from her studio, Donna plans to hold three shows a year in Narberth!
